Politique de remboursement
1. Returns
All merchandise returns must be authorized in advance.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, complete, and in perfect condition, with a copy of the invoice.
If one or more of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to apply a minimum 15% depreciation on the purchase price of the returned product(s).
This deduction will be applied before any potential refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a product that is defective upon receipt.
No returns will be accepted more than 10 days after receipt of the product, unless an exceptional agreement is made.
Restocking fees may apply in some cases.
Your full contact details (name, address, phone number, and signature), as well as a piece of ID, may be required.
Refunds are issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. The original invoice is required.
2. Non-returnable Products
Special orders or clearance items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
However, these items remain covered by the manufacturer’s full warranty from the date of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, headphones are considered final sale.
They may only be exchanged if they present a manufacturing defect, and only for a product of the same model number.

The exchange will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).
