Informations
Product description
The Phonitor SE is a high-quality headphone amplifier designed for audiophiles and studio users who seek powerful, clean and detailed headphone sound. It features SPL’s high-voltage analog design for wide dynamic range and low distortion. With an optional DAC module, it can also handle modern digital sources, making it a flexible centerpiece for headphone rigs. It offers strong output power capable of driving demanding headphones, and includes a “Phonitor Matrix” crossfeed function that simulates a speaker-like spatial presentation when using headphones.
Key Features
• High-voltage analog amplifier for strong, clean output and wide dynamics
• Standard 6.35 mm headphone output — powerful enough for demanding, high-impedance headphones
• Optional DAC module for PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD up to DSD256 (if installed)
• RCA analog input (and digital inputs if DAC module present) for source flexibility
• Crossfeed / “Phonitor Matrix” circuit to create a speaker-like soundstage when listening on headphones
• Solid metal chassis, quality volume control and professional-grade build
