Shipping policy
At SolAudio, we want your shopping experience to live up to your expectations. Below are the terms that apply to delivery, returns, and exchanges for products purchased online.
1. Inspection upon receipt
We ask that you carefully inspect the condition of the product(s) as soon as you receive them.
Any anomaly or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours so that we can act quickly with the carrier or manufacturer.
No claim will be accepted after this period for undeclared damage observed on the packaging or the product.
2. Delivery address
All orders will be shipped only to the civic address of the credit card holder used for payment.
No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes.
3. Shipping times
Products in stock are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
During peak periods, delays may be longer.
If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted to approve a new delivery time based on the manufacturer’s availability.
4. Delivery fees and exceptions
Some products qualify for free delivery or a $15 delivery fee depending on the region.
Additional fees may apply depending on weight, dimensions, or destination. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the options.
5. Delivery and installation
If you live within a 40 km radius of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, it is also possible to arrange custom delivery and installation at a cost to be determined.

The purchased product(s) must be able to fit easily into our vehicle.
6. In-store pickup
You may choose to pick up your purchases directly at our boutique located at 18 rue Principale Est in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, during store opening hours.
This option can be selected during the online checkout process. When you place an order with in-store pickup, we will send you an email when your merchandise is ready for pickup.
If an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the time required to obtain the item(s) in question.
The order will only be processed once you have agreed to the proposed timeframe.
7. Order modification or cancellation
We process orders quickly, so the time window to modify or cancel an order is very short.

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, within the limits of what is possible.
