The SPL Crossover Mk2 is a high-end, fully analog 2-way active crossover designed for audiophiles and pro-audio professionals who want to seamlessly integrate subwoofers into 2.1 or 2.2 channel setups.

Unlike most modern crossovers that rely on digital signal processing (DSP)—which forces digital-to-analog conversions—the Crossover Mk2 maintains an all-analog signal path to preserve pure, uncompromised sound fidelity.

Integrating subwoofers seamlessly into a system is notoriously difficult—and until now, digital crossovers were virtually the only solution. But for purists with an analog high-end setup, returning to the digital domain is out of the question. Our Crossover redefines signal separation, keeping your playback chain entirely, uncompromisingly analog.

Key Features & Technology

• VOLTAiR 120V Rail Technology: Powered by SPL’s proprietary 120V DC (+/-60V) op-amp technology. This provides massive headroom (+32.5 dBu), an extraordinary dynamic range (up to 138 dB), and negligible harmonic distortion (THD+N < 0.0009%), keeping the signal completely clean.

• Flexible Frequency Control: Features 18 distinct crossover frequencies across three selectable ranges:
  • Low Range: 50 Hz to 120 Hz
  • Mid Range: 300 Hz to 720 Hz
  • High Range: 1.5 kHz to 3.6 kHz
• Filter Slopes & Bypass: Independent Low-Pass (sub) and High-Pass (main speakers) sections allow for selectable 12 dB/octave or 24 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley filter slopes. You can also completely switch off the High-Pass filter to run main speakers full-range.
