They are the standard stock ear pads for the Grado GW100 (and GW100x) wireless headphones.

The W-Pads are designed to only fit the GW100 series and are not officially intended for or compatible with Grado's other wired headphones (which typically use S-Cushions, L-Cushions, or G-Cushions).

Like most stock Grado pads, the W-Pads are made of foam. Grado is known for using different densities and designs of foam to shape the sound signature of their headphones.
