The HiFi Rose RA280 is a high-performance integrated amplifier that combines innovative technology with a classic, stylish aesthetic.

Amplification Class: It uses an innovative technology HiFi Rose calls Class AD (Advanced Class D). This proprietary design uses next-generation Gallium Nitride (GaN) FETs (Field Effect Transistors) instead of traditional silicon FETs.

Goal: The GaN FETs offer dramatically faster switching speeds, significantly reducing the "dead time" common in standard Class D, aiming for the high efficiency and power of Class D while providing a smooth, natural sound often associated with Class A/AB.

Power Output: It delivers a substantial 250 watts per channel into both 8 ohms and 4 ohms (dual-mono design for 500W total stereo output). This provides plenty of power to drive a wide range of speakers.

Design: It features a dual-mono design with two completely separated amplifier modules for the left and right channels, contributing to better soundstage and channel separation.
