Physical & Design Updates

While the internal drivers remain consistent with the classic Meze sound, the 2nd Gen features several structural and aesthetic refinements:

1. Sustainability: The 2nd Gen is designed to be fully serviceable. Every part (earcups, headband, hardware) can be replaced or repaired, ensuring the headphones last for decades rather than years.
2. Earpads: Updated vegan leather memory foam pads designed for better isolation and long-term comfort compared to the early batches of the 1st Gen.
3. Cable: Detachable Kevlar-reinforced OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) cable with an inline mic and remote.

Key Differences from 1st Gen

1. Hardware Finish: The 2nd Gen features a more refined, matte-style finish on the metal components (Gold or Silver accents) that is more resistant to fingerprints.

2. Packaging & Accessories: The 2nd Gen typically ships with a refreshed premium hard-shell EVA carrying case and a more streamlined cable selection
3. Manufacturing Precision: Improved QC and tighter tolerances in the wood-milling process.
