Core Features & Technology

• Sealed Cabinet (Infinite Baffle): Unlike ported subwoofers that can sound "boomy," the Q-Sub80 uses a sealed design. This results in tighter, faster, and more musical bass and allows you to place it closer to walls or furniture without degrading the sound quality.

• Advanced DSP: The onboard Digital Signal Processing optimizes the output for distortion-free performance. It features Automatic Source Detection, which identifies whether you are using a stereo or mono input and adjusts the gain levels automatically.

• Parallel Bridge-Tied Load (PBTL) Amp: The custom amplifier module uses four digital power stages in a parallel configuration. This reduces heat and improves the control the amplifier has over the driver, leading to very low total harmonic distortion (< 0.1%).

• High Rigidity Construction: The cabinet is built from 18mm MDF with a double-thickness 36mm front baffle. It also includes "dart bracing" internally to minimize vibrations and cabinet "ballooning" during high-pressure playback.

• Comprehensive Controls: The back panel includes a variable low-pass filter (40Hz–250Hz), phase inversion switch, and fine delay adjustments to help you time-align the sub perfectly with your main speakers.
