Neodymium N55 Magnet: Typically reserved for expensive Moving Coil (MC) designs, this powerful magnet allows for a smaller, lighter generator, which improves tracking and high-frequency detail.
- Generator Geometry: Features a "zero-tolerance" injection-molded PPS (polyphenylene sulphide) body. It uses miniaturized parallel coils wound in-house with 38-micron wire (1,275 turns), resulting in low inductance and impedance.
- Stylus & Cantilever: It utilizes a bonded elliptical stylus mounted on an aluminum cantilever.
- 3-Point Mounting: Like most Rega cartridges, it features a three-hole mounting system that ensures perfect alignment and rigidity when used with Rega tonearms, though it is compatible with standard two-hole mounts as well.
