Informations
Product description
It is best known for its rugged power, versatile connectivity, and the classic "Rotel Sound"—which tends to be punchy, clear, and neutral without adding too much artificial warmth.
Core Performance & Power
-
Amplification: It delivers 120 Watts per channel into 8 ohms and up to 200 Watts into 4 ohms. This is "real" high-current power, supported by a massive, in-house manufactured toroidal transformer that allows it to drive even difficult, low-impedance speakers with ease.
- Class AB Design: Unlike many modern Class D (digital) amps, Rotel sticks to a traditional Class AB design. This results in a more natural, lifelike soundstage and deep, controlled bass.
- New DAC: It uses a premium Texas Instruments 32-bit/384kHz DAC.
- Digital Support: It is Roon Tested and supports MQA and MQA Studio decoding (handy for Tidal users).
