Product Description
The Solidsteel Hyperspike HF Series is the flagship range from the Italian manufacturer, designed for audiophiles who need a no-compromise foundation for heavy, high-end equipment. Since its debut in 2006, it has become a benchmark for combining structural rigidity with a refined Italian aesthetic.
1. Structural Engineering & Isolation
The "Hyperspike" name refers to the series' sophisticated vibration-reduction system.
- Four-Pillar Design: Unlike the tripod-style HS series, the HF uses four solid stainless steel (INOX) pillars. This provides maximum stability for heavier components like massive monoblock amplifiers or oversized turntables.
- Vibration-Free System: Each shelf is decoupled using a combination of stainless steel spikes and rubber O-rings (similar to piston rings). This architecture prevents mechanical energy from traveling through the rack and reaching your sensitive audio components.

2. Shelf Specifications
The shelves are larger and sturdier than standard racks to accommodate "non-standard" high-end gear.
- Material: 30mm thick high-density MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with a specialized lacquered finish.
- Load Capacity: Each shelf is tested to support up to 80 kg (176 lbs), making it one of the most robust vertical racks on the market.
- Dimensions: The outer width is approximately 645 mm (25.4"), with internal shelf space of roughly 535 mm x 500 mm, easily fitting large McIntosh or Pass Labs-style gear.
